The Woodlawn Fire Department recently dedicated its new off-road vehicle, a Kubota RTV.

This rough terrain vehicle was donated by Gary and Anita Rathburn in memory of James "Pop" Haines Sr., a former firefighter and assistant fire chief.

The Kubota RTV seats four and has a power winch mounted on the front bumper to aid in off-road searches, during natural disasters and as a utility truck when needed.

Haines' family was on hand, taking part in the ceremony.
