Teresa A. Walakovitz, 84, formerly of Coplay and Sacred Heart Assisted Living, Northampton, died Nov. 19, 2012, at the Phoebe Home, Allentown.

Born in Coplay, she was a daughter of the late Charles S. and Katharina (Busolits) Walakovitz.

She was a technician at the former Western Electric Company, Allentown, for 36 years, retiring in 1987.

She was a member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church and of its Altar and Rosary Society.

She is survived by three sisters, Mary and her husband George Neupauer of Northampton, Pauline Dougherty of Hoffman Estates, Ill., and Catherine and her husband Charles Rosenberg of West Chester; two sisters-in-law, Frances Walakovits of Coplay and Anna Walakovits of Northampton; and 11 nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by three brothers, Charles, Frank and Edward Walakovits; and three sisters, Emma Dimotrowits, Sister M. Florence, M.S.C. and Rose Walakovits.
