The Fullerton American Legion Auxiliary will hold its annual Christmas party on Tuesday, Dec. 11, at 6 p.m. at the post home on Fullerton Avenue and Wood Street.

Members are asked to bring a covered dish and a donation to be sent to the USO of Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey to welcome home returning military and their families.

The Fullerton Playground will have its annual Christmas Party for all 2012 athletes and families on Saturday, Dec. 15, from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Fullerton Recreation Building, 901 Jefferson St. There is a small fee.

Food and drink will be provided, there will be a deejay, games and prizes and, of course, Santa will be there.

The Woman's Club of Whitehall Township will meet Monday, Dec. 10, at 7 p.m. in Parker Hall, on the lower level of Faith Lutheran Church, 3355 MacArthur Road, Whitehall.

The program will include The Dream Kids. Members are reminded to bring books for the literacy project and also items for the Whitehall Food Bank. New members are welcome.

AARP Chapter 3115 will meet at noon on Thursday, Dec. 6, at the American Club, 300 Cherry St., Coplay. A light lunch will be served. Accordion player Joe Weber will entertain. New members are always welcome.
