Lynnport, New Tripoli, Germansville and Kempton volunteer firefighters, and State Police Troop M Fogelsville responded to a one-car crash just after noon Nov. 11 on Kings Highway, 410 feet east of Leaser Road, Lynn Township.

Police say a 2011 Toyota Yaris belonging to Irene Wessner, 75, of Kempton, who was eastbound on Kings Highway, drifted to the left, crossed the double yellow line then went into a ditch on the south side of the road.

Wessner, who police say was wearing her seat and shoulder belts, sustained minor injuries.

She was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital by Northwestern Ambulance Corps.

Soley's Towing pulled the car from the ditch.
