Charles T. Cerva, 57, of Walnutport, died Nov. 5, 2012, at his home. He was the husband of Gail Elaine (Mackus) for 33 years.

Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Joseph and Ruth (Rathjen) Cerva.

He was the owner/operator of Cerva Brothers Tile Creations, Walnutport, for six years. Before that, he drove for Malone Trucking, R.L. Jeffries Trucking and AL & Bass trucking for 10 years.

Contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association Lehigh Valley Chapter, 65 E. Elizabeth Ave., or to the American Heart Association, Northeast Pennsylvania District, 212 E. Broad St., both in Bethlehem, 18018.
