Middle School

Oct. 19 kicked off the middle school gift card fundraiser. Students were given order forms, which are due back to the school by Oct. 31.

Cards can be sent home with your child Nov. 19 or can be picked up in the NWLMS office Nov. 19-20.

Gift cards make your holiday preparations simpler. Give them as gifts or use them to shop and help the school.

The sixth grade Turkey Trot will take place Nov. 2 at the school. Students are asked to wear sneakers and comfortable clothing.

Rain dates for the event is Nov. 5 and Nov. 6.

The middle school PTO is participating in a dessert fundraiser with Market Day.

Order forms are due back to school by Oct. 26.

Orders must be picked up at Northwestern Elementary between 5-6 p.m. Nov. 6.

There will be a PTO meeting 9:30 a.m. Nov. 9. Check with the office to determine where the meeting will be held.

There will be early dismissal at 10:50 a.m. on Nov. 16, 19, 20 and 21.

Parent teacher conferences will take place in the afternoons of Nov. 16, 19, 20 and 21.

Congratulations to the following students from Lehigh Career and Technical Support who were named Students of the Month: Scott Becker, electrical construction; Ashley Everett, health occupations and health related technology; Austin Fenstermaker, precision machine tool technology; Kirsten Fisher and Elizabeth Johnson, emerging health professionals; Lynne Kovalchik, advertising design and commercial art; Kasey Schaffer, health occupations and health related technology; Kyle Snyder, diesel medium and heavy truck technology; Dillon Turner, heating air conditioning and refrigeration and Amanda Williams, drafting and computer aided design.

High school drama students will be performing a collection of eight short vignettes titled "All in the Timing," 7 p.m. Nov. 8 through 10.

Tickets for the fall drama are sold at the door.
