We are getting geared up for the excitement! The annual fall craft fair and quilt sale will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, 3355 MacArthur Road, on Saturday, Nov. 10, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The sanctuary will be filled with many beautiful Mennonite quilts crafted by ladies from the Kutztown and Fleetwood areas. They will be on display for viewing and are also for sale.

More than 100 craft tables are registered. Homemade baked goods and refreshments will be available. There will be a Chinese auction.

Faith Lutheran Church celebrated Harvest Home on Sunday, Oct. 14.

We had an amazing collection of food items that were donated and then taken to the township food pantry at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 3900 Mechanicsville Road.

With the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays upon us, the pantry's food needs will be increasing with the regular needs of people and distribution of holiday baskets.

Consider giving to the pantry either by taking items to St. Stephen's or take them to your own house of worship to then be taken to the pantry.

The pantry also accepts monetary donations, enabling them to purchase food items they need.

Life Line Screening will be coming to Whitehall Township, offering its health screening services at Faith Lutheran Church on Friday, Nov. 30.

Five screenings are given to reduce the risk of having a stroke or bone fracture.
