The Northwestern Lehigh Educational Foundation will be having its second annual sporting clay fundraiser Oct. 21 at Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays, Coplay.
The fun will begin with registration at 8:30 a.m.
Fees include coffee, doughnuts, 17 stations, 100 targets, lunch, awards and souvenirs.

The public is invited to Cyber Safety Night for Parents in the high school auditorium 6-8 p.m. Oct. 25 to hear guest speaker FBI Special Agent Cerena Coughlin.
She will tell parents how to keep children safe online.
Not all of the content will be appropriate for younger children.

Come join the fun at Germansville Fire Company 9-11 p.m. Oct. 20 to hear comedian Jimmy Carroll. Doors open at 8 p.m.
The proceeds benefit the Northwestern Lehigh boys and girls basketball teams.

Elementary
Northwestern Elementary School will be celebrating ways to stay healthy during Red Ribbon week Oct. 22-26.
Author Gene Barretta will be visiting the school Oct. 24.
He has written and illustrated several books for elementary age children titled "Dear Deer" and "Now and Ben."
Pre-order his books to be autographed on the day of his visit. Order forms were sent home with the students.

All kindergarten students will be visiting Byler's Farm Oct. 25. Both morning and afternoon students are to attended the morning session that day.
The Fall Fun Festival will take place Oct. 26.
Students will enjoy a fun-filled day of games and educational sessions.
Partners In Education reminds parents October is box top month.
Students are encouraged to bring their box tops to school by Oct. 26.
Family Fun Night will be 6-7:30 p.m. Oct. 29.
Each family will have an opportunity to carve a pumpkin.
Hoagie sale orders can be picked up that evening 4:30-6 p.m.
Families who sign up for the Family Fun Night can enjoy their hoagie in the gym before the event.
Picture retake day at the school will be Oct. 31.

Elementary
Kindergarten classes will be visiting Byler's Farm Oct. 18.
Both morning and afternoon students are to attend school in the morning.
Third-grade students will be taking a walking field trip to the Weisenberg Fire House Oct. 18.
Gene Barretta, author and illustrator of "Now and Ben," will be visiting the school Oct. 23.
