James W. Abraham, 61, of Catasauqua, died Oct. 3, 2012, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Michele (Kustafik) Abraham for 36 years.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late James and Stella (Boqusiwski) Abraham.

He worked for 30 years in various departments of Bethlehem Steel until he retired in 2001.

He loved watching sports, especially baseball, of which he was a former player.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Kyle J. of Catasauqua; a sister, Rose I. and her husband Daniel Frey of Macungie; nieces; and nephews.

He was predeceased by a sister, Jean Rhoads.
