Pauline H. Kuchera, 84, of Coplay, died Sept. 16, 2012, at her residence. She was the wife of the late William J. Kuchera Sr., for 53 years.

Born in Coplay, she was a daughter of the late Joseph F. and Pauline (Schmidt) Deutsch.

She was a sewing machine operator for several local mills, retiring in 1983.

She was a member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Coplay.

She is survived by two sons, William J. Jr. and his wife Monica and Terence W., all of Coplay; a granddaughter, Kayleigh; a stepgrandson, Johnathan; a great-granddaughter, Zoe; a sister, Marie and her husband Richard Hamscher; and a brother, Stephen Deutsch.

She was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph and John Deutsch.
