Anna R. Hacker, 85, of Northampton, formerly of Whitehall, died Sept. 17, 2012, in Sacred Heart Assisted Living. She was the wife of the late John Hans Hacker for 55 years.
Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late John and Theresa (Sabara) Nemeth.
She was a member of Queenship of Mary Roman Catholic Church and sang in the church choir for many years.
She is survived by two sisters, Theresa Yurasits of Northampton and Rosemarie Grossbauer of Catasauqua; three brothers, John and his wife Stella Nemeth of Northampton, Andrew and his wife Joanne Nemeth of Sun City, Ariz., and James M. and his wife Carol A. Nemeth of Northampton; nieces; and nephews.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Felix and Joseph Nemeth.
