Berks County Parks and Recreation Department will have its 31st annual Heritage Festival 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Oct. 6 and Oct. 7 rain or shine at the Berks County Heritage Center, 1102 Red Bridge Road, off Route 183, Bern Township.

The festival will feature live music, draft horses, a mule-powered carousel and much more. Admission is free.

A fee per car will be charged to park.
