Alana Harrington, a Northwestern Lehigh High School graduate recently received a $750 scholarship from Ai Orthodontics, Emmaus, Alana is the daughter of Patrick and Dolores Harrington of New Tripoli.

She has been involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Ignite Youth Group, Northwestern Lehigh Varsity Football, Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Youth and is a member of the National Honor Society.

She is attending Indiana Wesleyan University where she is studying biology and is a pre-med student.

The money for the scholarships was donated by the staff of Ai Orthodontics as part of their Casual for A Cause Community Outreach Program.

The funds were matched by Dr. Issa and his family, making it possible to award two scholarships instead of one.

Theodor Swanson, an Emmaus High School graduate, received the second scholarship.
