The Northampton Liederkranz, 402 E. Ninth St., will hold a spaghetti dinner Friday, Sept. 14, 5-8 p.m.

Karaoke will follow at 9 p.m.

A breakfast will be held Sunday, Sept. 16, 8 a.m.-noon. There is a cost.

The Siegfried Railroad Station, home of the Northampton Area Historical Society, will be open to visitors on Sunday, Sept. 16, 1-4 p.m. The station is located on West 21st Street.

This year's special exhibits include Rotary International, the Laubach family and a World War II display featuring the Capkovic family.

There will be a special meeting of the historical society on Thursday, Sept. 27, 7 p.m., at the Northampton Fire Department, 1 Lerchenmiller Drive.

Douglas Peters will speak on the trolleys of the Lehigh Valley. The meeting is free of charge and open to the public.

Slovak Lutheran Church, 14th Street and Washington Avenue, will hold an all-you-can-eat pasta dinner on Saturday, Sept. 22, 4-7 p.m. A deejay will provide entertainment.

The Northampton Area Public Library will hold its annual autumn basket social on Friday, Oct. 19, 6 p.m., at the Northampton Memorial Community Center, 16th Street and Laubach Avenue. Donations of new or collectible items, gift certificates/cards and monetary donations to help defray expenses are being accepted. Food will be available for purchase.

The Northampton Memorial Community Center, 16th Street and Laubach Avenue, hosts bingo every Monday night. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the games begin at 7 p.m. The kitchen is open. Proceeds benefit the Northampton Recreation Center.
