Members of the Porter Lodge would like to pass along their thanks to everyone in the community who helped make their recent rummage sale a great success. They report that they raised nearly $2,000 to be used for fraternal activities. At the blood drive that was held in conjunction with the sale, 17 pints of blood were donated.
The Pennsylvania Masonic Blood Donors Club donates $10 for each pint collected. This means that $170 will go to the Children's Learning Center in Allentown, in addition to providing much needed blood for the community.
