Stephen Majercak Jr., 82, of West Catasauqua, died Aug. 16, 2012, in Liberty Nursing Center. He was the husband of Marlene (Oswald) Majercak for 52 years.

Born in Fogelsville, he was a son of the late Stephen Sr. and Veronica (Hudak) Majercak.

He worked in the beam yard of Bethlehem Steel for 30 years until retiring.

He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Fullerton.

He bowled many years for the Salem League.

He is survived by a daughter, Sandra and her husband Michael Harlan of North Catasauqua; two sons, Michael Sr. of Whitehall and Matthew of North Catasauqua; a grandson, Michael Jr.; two sisters, Irene Valek of Northampton and Rose and her husband Dennis O'Donnell of Texas; and two brothers, Paul and his wife Elaine of Whitehall, and William of Northampton.

He was predeceased by three sisters, Mary Kovatch, Helen Tacker and Josephine Krywczuk; and a brother, John.
