Hope Community Evangelical Congregational Church, 7974 Claussville Road, Weisenberg Township, will host Vacation Bible School from 6:15-8:30 p.m. July 10-14 for children ages 3 years through sixth grade.

The theme is “Galactic Starveyors, Discovering the God of the Universe.”

Arts and crafts, music, snacks and much more will be available every night.

Deadline to register is July 12.

The Pa. German Cultural Heritage Center, 22 Luckenbill Road, Kutztown, will sponsor Children’s Cultural Camp with the theme, “Why is History Important to Me?” July 14-28.

The camp will be limited to 30 children ages 6-14 (6 year olds must have completed first grade).

Traditional crafts, cooking on a hearth, demonstrations, and many activities are planned.

Campers need to take a packed lunch; snacks and water will be provided by the camp.

Weisenberg Lutheran Church, 7645 Weisenberg Church Road, New Tripoli, will have its Vacation Bible School 6-8:30 p.m. July 24-28.

Children ages 4 years through sixth grade are invited to attend “Maker Fun Factory: Created by God Built for a Purpose.”

Crafts, songs, snacks, and much more will be available to enjoy.

Weisenberg Volunteer Fire Company, 2500 Golden Key Road, Kutztown, will have a car wash 8 a.m. to noon July 15.

A donation is desirable to benefit the fire company.

Hoagies will again be available and orders will be taken from July 13 through Aug. 1 with pickup 4:30 p.m. Aug. 10 at the fire station.

Varieties include Italian, roast beef, ham and cheese, turkey and tuna.
