The Eastern Pennsylvania Conference cross country season opened last week when Bethlehem Catholic, Freedom, and Liberty competed against Pleasant Valley, Pocono Mountain East, and Pocono Mountain West.

The following girls finished in the top 10: Liberty’s Elizabeth McClarin (18:31.60), Freedom’s Hannah Brodhead (19:27.50), Liberty’s Katie Drabouski (19:33.60), Liberty’s Cali Sobrinski (19:38.40), Freedom’s Taylor Vidumsky (21:16.80), Bethlehem Catholic’s Skylar Husser (21:58.20), Liberty’s Alexandra Yerk (22:10.40), Pocono Mountain East’s Amaya Pollastro (22:28.60), Freedom’s Alexis Bucherer (22:54.90), and Liberty’s Luna Rivas-Alarcon (23:33.00).

The following boys finished in the top 10: Freedom’s Brayden Boyle (17:01.00), Pocono Mountain West’s Shawn Belfon (17:49.70), Freedom’s Webb Kurtz (18:20.60), Liberty’s Emerson Blasi (18:20.80), Liberty’s Sean Haas (18:37.10), Freedom’s Mikey Messa (18:38.50), Pocono Mountain West’s Sean McNamara-Burkett (18:57.30), Freedom’s Olen Johns (19:00.01), Bethlehem Catholic’s Matthew Amrick (19:10.20), and Liberty’s Calvin Rittle (19:10.70).
