Betty I. Watson, 90, of Northampton, died Sept. 6, 2026, at Gracedale Nursing Home in Nazareth. She was the wife of the late James Watson.

Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Roland and Helen (Zader) Kratzer Sr.

She worked as a seamstress for several companies throughout her career and later served in dietary services at Sacred Heart Assisted Living.

She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Kreidersville.

She is survived by a son, Scott; three daughters, Colleen and husband Mark Dangler, Charlene and husband Jeff Heintzelman and Sherri Watson and husband Dan Milton; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; two brothers, Paul and Mahlon Kratzer; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by two brothers, Roland and Edward; and a sister, Marie Moyer.
