The 37th annual Uptown Northampton Street Fair will be held 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 12. Come join this community celebration as Main Street becomes a vibrant hub of local merchants, craft vendors and activities and attractions for all ages.

Explore the diverse offerings of unique products and creations, delectable offerings from food trucks, a selection of beer and adult beverages available to enjoy responsibly and plenty of engaging activities for the kids to enjoy.

There will also be live music performances throughout the day. Immerse yourself in the sounds of talented local musicians as you explore the event.

Breakfast is back! On Sept. 13, Northampton Fire Department will resume its regular seasonal schedule, and breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the station, 4 Lerchenmiller Drive.

On the menu are both regular and blueberry pancakes, scrambled and ham and cheese eggs, sausage patties, bacon, creamed chipped beef, Tater Tots, toast and cereal. Beverages offered include orange and apple juice, regular and chocolate milk, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

Meal cost varies with age.

The next borough council meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Sept. 17.

Come join the fun at Municipal Park, Laubach Avenue and Smith Lane, Sept. 18 for a movie experience for the whole family. Activities will start 6 p.m., and “The Wizard of Oz” viewing begins dusk.

There will be food trucks, games, face painting, a balloon artist and more. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs.
