Douglas P. Kleintop Sr., 66, of Coplay, died Sept. 1, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown campus.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Janet A. (Harhart) Deiley of Northampton and the late Clifford T. Kleintop Jr.

He was employed as a mechanic at Harharts Service Station Inc., before continuing his career with Mack Trucks, from which he eventually retired.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two children, Douglas P. Jr. and wife Amanda and Tara; two granddaughters, Avery and Sydney; two brothers, Thomas and wife Tammy and Dan; and nieces and nephews.
