JULY 24

Security checks were conducted in the 300 block of Second Street, the 700 block of Race Street and at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St.

Parking complaints were investigated in the 400 block of Limestone Street, the 300 block of American Street, the unit block of Second Street, the 500 and 700 blocks of Bath Avenue, the 900 block of Bridge Court, the 800 block of Race Street and the 600 block of Poplar Street.

Traffic enforcement was conducted at Second and Peach streets.

A traffic complaint was addressed in the 100 block of Stonewood Place.

Police assisted a citizen in the unit block of Second Street.

JULY 25

The theft of a vehicle in the 200 block of Circle Drive was reported.

A reported exposer in the 500 block of Third Street was investigated.

Suspicious activity cases at Circle Drive and High Street and in the 300 block of Lehigh Street were reported.

Police responded to a report of a lost/found animal in the 800 block of Bath Avenue.

In the 700 block of Second Street, officers investigated a reported disturbance.

A parking complaint was handled at South 14th and Poplar streets.

Noise complaints for the same residence in the 900 block of Bridge Street had officers at the scene.

An alarm sounded in the 500 block of Race Street.

JULY 26

Disorderly conduct/harassment in the 200 block of Ashton Court was reported.

Security checks were conducted in the 300, 600 and 800 blocks of Front Street.

In the unit block of Covington Place, officers addressed a noise complaint.

Alarms sounded at the same residence in the 400 block of Walnut Street.

Traffic enforcement was conducted at Second and Wood streets and at St. John and Walnut streets.

Police responded to a reported civil matter in the unit block of Cambridge Place.

JULY 27

The theft of property in the 500 block of Third Street was reported.

Security checks were conducted in the 100 block of Bridge Street and at Sheckler Elementary School, 251 N. 14th St.

Parking complaints were handled in the 200 block of Peach Street and the 100 block of Walnut Street.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 500 block of Front Street.

An alarm sounded in the 800 block of Sherman Street.

In the 600 block of Limestone Street, a traffic complaint had officers at the scene.

At Limestone and Walnut streets, a reported disturbance was investigated.

JULY 28

Security checks were conducted in the 100 block of Race Street and the unit block of Lehigh Street.

Traffic enforcement was conducted at Howertown Road and Walnut Street.

Alarms sounded in the 400 block of Walnut Street and the 500 block of Front Street.

Reported disturbances in the 200 block of North 14th Street and the 400 block of Crane Street were investigated.

JULY 29

A theft from Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., was reported.

Security checks were conducted in the 200 and 300 blocks of Front Street.

Traffic enforcement was conducted in the 200 block of Race Street.

In the 500 block of Front Street, police conducted a welfare check.

Parking complaints were addressed in the unit blocks of Front and North 12th streets and Covington Place, the 600 block of South 14th Street, the 700 block of Third Street, at South 14th and Poplar streets and in the 200 block of Front Street.

A report of a mental health issue in the 100 block of South 14th Street was investigated.

JULY 30

A report of extortion/blackmail in the 400 block of Walnut Street was investigated.

In the 400 block of Bath Avenue, officers responded to a report of a wanted person.

Suspicious activity in the 300 block of Mulberry Street was reported.

Police conducted a security check in the unit block of Lehigh Street.

Traffic enforcement was conducted at Race and Lehigh streets, in the 200 block of Race Street and in the 800 block of Walnut Street.

Parking complaints were addressed in the 100 block of Union Street, the 700 block of Second Street and the unit blocks of Covington, Cambridge and Stonewood places and South 15th Street.

At Front and Pine streets, officers assisted a citizen.

JULY 31

A report of disorderly conduct/harassment in the 700 block of Crane Street was investigated.

Traffic enforcement was conducted at Front and Bridge streets and in the 200 block of Lehigh Street.

Officers assisted citizens at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St., and in the 600 block of Third Street.

Parking complaints were addressed in the 300 block of Wood Street, the unit blocks of Front and North 12th streets, the 900 block of Bridge Court and the 200 block of Pine Street.

At Fifth and Pine streets, a traffic complaint was addressed.

A report of suspicious activity in the 100 block of Church Street was handled.

AUG. 1

Criminal mischief in the 700 block of Railroad Street was reported.

Officers responded to a report of trespassing in the 300 block of Wood Street.

Noise complaints in the 700 block of Railroad Street, the 500 block of North 14th Street, the 900 block of Bridge Street and the unit block of Front Street were investigated.

A neighbor dispute in the 700 block of Railroad Street was reported.

Officers were on the scene of a traffic complaint in the 800 block of Walnut Street.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of St. John Street.

A parking complaint in the 400 block of Walnut Street was addressed.

A vehicle stop was conducted in the 500 block of Second Street.

Reports of fireworks in the 600 block of Front Street and the 400 block of Second Street were investigated.
