Breininger named to dean’s list
Beatrice Breininger, of Coplay, has been named to SUNY Purchase’s dean’s list for the spring 2026 semester. Breininger is studying theatre design/technology. To be eligible for this honor, students must carry a semester grade-point average of 3.5 for bachelor of arts and bachelor of science programs and 3.75 for bachelor of fine arts and bachelor of music performance programs. They must take a minimum of 12 credits.
SUNY Purchase, part of the State University of New York network of 64 universities and colleges, is a dynamic campus that combines conservatory training in the visual and performing arts with programs in the liberal arts and sciences, in order to inspire an appreciation for both intellectual and artistic talents in all students.

Steigerwalt earns degree, president’s list
Rebecca D. Steigerwalt, of Walnutport, earned a Master of Distance Education and E-Learning from University of Maryland Global Campus in spring 2026. Steigerwalt was one of more than 7,300 students worldwide who earned degrees from UMGC in the spring 2026 term. She also earned president’s list. To qualify for this list, students must have graduated with a cumulative GPA of 4.0.
