Coplay Public Library: Snack Pack Pals donations for WCSD accepted through July 31

Last call for food and toiletry items for the Snack Pack Pals program! These items are sent home over long weekends with students in grades K-12 who have severe hunger needs.

We are collecting donations until the end of July. Place donations in the box located in the inside entrance to the library.

Reminder: Storytime and craft is planned for 10:30 a.m. July 31 and Aug. 7 and 14. Registration is not required.

Registration is ongoing for the 2026 summer reading program — Unearth a Story. Register on the library’s website, coplaypl.org, or at the library.

You will receive a welcome pack with the program details when you bring a completed registration form to the library. Special programs are planned for both children and adults who take part.

Earn tickets toward gift baskets by logging your reading, participating in activities and attending programs.

There will also be a special program for adults who would like help with their family history research using Ancestry.

Additionally, summer reading will feature an adult and family passport program. This program encourages adult patrons and families to visit other LCLC libraries. You can win a special passport basket at our library. If you visit six libraries, you will be entered into a grand-prize drawing for an iPad!

The summer reading program ends Aug. 15, and the passport program ends Aug. 29.
