Drug possession

A 62-year-old male, of Upper Macungie Township, allegedly had methamphetamine at a traffic stop in the 5600 block of North Walnut Street, Lower Macungie Township, 8:26 p.m. June 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Terroristic threats

A 53-year-old male, of Zionsville, allegedly threatened another person in the 6300 block of Indian Creek Road, Upper Milford Township, 1 p.m. June 2, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsvill.

Harassment

A 19-year-old female, of Zionsville, allegedly struck another person in the face during a fight at a location along Kings Highway South, Upper Milford Township, 8:09 p.m. June 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Scam

A resident of the 2900 block of Aronimink Place, Lower Macungie Township, sent $1,000 in gift cards to an unknown person in a computer scam, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported May 19.

Retail theft

A 16-year-old male, of Allentown and a 15-year-old male, of Hazleton City, were arrested April 1 after they allegedly removed PSD Apparel brand clothing valued at $120 from retailer Target, 749 N. Krocks Road,. Lower Macungie Township, 2:09 p.m. April 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Fraud

A resident of Hearth Lane, Lower Macungie Township, reported being swindled out of approximately $20,000 after their personal information was compromised as part of a text and call phone scheme, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported April 28.

Someone posing as a fraud prevention representative convinced a resident of Kart Drive, Lower Macungie Township, to withdraw $40,000 from their bank account and deposit the money into another account after telling the Lower Macungie Township resident fraudulent activity had occurred on their bank account, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Theft

Prescription medication valued at approximately $100 and belonging to two residents at The Willow senior living community, 6488 Alburtis Road, Lower Macungie Township, was reported missing June 7, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Hit-and-run crash

A Lower Macungie Township resident was hurt when he was struck by a vehicle in East Texas Park, 5575 East Texas Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:37 p.m. May 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The man went to the park to confront people who allegedly were setting off loud fireworks at the park. According to a press release from state police, the male was grazed by a vehicle and attempted to brace his fall, hurting his wrist. Macungie EMS personnel also responded.
