Public drunkenness arrest

Around 2 a.m. May 22 officers responded to the 1400 block of Stafford Street for a report of an unknown male banging on the front door of a home. Officers located a 22-year-old male, of Narberth, in Dodson Park, Dodson Street, matching the description of the male, according to Salisbury police. The male allegedly admitted he had been drinking earlier in the night and got lost. The male was allegedly intoxicated and was cited for public drunkenness and provided a ride to the home he was trying to get to, according to authorities.

Mutual aid

Salisbury officers provided mutual aid assistance in the 600 block of Diehl Avenue, Fountain Hill, at a disturbance May 16, according to Salisbury police.

Salisbury officers provided mutual aid assistance in the area of North Hoffert Street and Russell Avenue in Fountain Hill at a disturbance May 23, according to Salisbury police.

Salisbury officers were called to Wawa, 1429 Broadway, Fountain Hill, after Bethlehem City police requested assistance with a vehicle allegedly involved in multiple hit-and-run crashes found at the convenience store gas station May 23, according to Salisbury police.

Unwanted person

On May 16 an unwanted person was reportedly in an apartment in the 1700 block of South Albert Street, according to Salisbury police.

On May 18 an unwanted person was reportedly at a residence in the 1200 block of Fairfax Street, according to Salisbury police.

Disturbances

Officers were called to the Commix Hotel, 3245 W. Emmaus Ave., May 16 for a disturbance involving several people in the parking lot of the hotel, according to Salisbury police.

Officers were called three different times May 19 for a disturbance involving family members in a residence in the 1800 block of East Emmaus Avenue, according to Salisbury police.

Officers were called to fast food restaurant Taco Bell, 3380 Lehigh St., for a disturbance May 20, according to Salisbury police.

Officers were called to Daisy Hill Kitchen and Grill, 1848 E. Susquehanna St., for a disturbance May 22, according to Salisbury police.

Officers were called to a residence in the 600 block of Crestline Avenue for a disturbance involving two people May 22, according to Salisbury police.

Illegal dumping

Someone left a large pile of used tires at a power station in the 700 block of East Emmaus Avenue, according to Salisbury police. The pile was found May 19.

Hazardous conditions

Multiple reports were received of trees down in various areas of the township due to a storm May 20, according to Salisbury police. No injuries were reported.

Hit-and-run crash

Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash involving two vehicles in the 1800 block of East Emmaus Avenue May 17, according to Salisbury police.

School bus violations

Between May 15 and May 24, four school bus video violations were approved to bring the school year’s total to 232 approved violations, according to Salisbury police.

Disorderly conduct

A Salisbury High School student was charged with disorderly conduct after police were called to a disturbance between students at Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery Ave., May 19, according to Salisbury police.
