Marie E. Genovese, 81, of Whitehall, died May 23, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Inpatient Hospice Care, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Donald J. Genovese Sr. for 56 years.

Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Estella (Shoemaker) Frack.

She was employed by Northampton Dress Company.

She was a life member at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Northampton, where she also sang in the choir.

She is survived by a son, Donald J. Jr. and wife Rhonda of Whitehall; two grandchildren, Dawson and Kailyn; four great-grandchildren, Jaidyn, Julien, Kameron and Gabriella; a brother, Richard Frack and wife Nancy of Kutztown; and three sisters, Delores Serfass of Northampton, Marilyn Mitchell and companion Robert of Souderton and Nancy Weist of Danielsville.

A memorial service will be held privately.
