DUI crash

A 26-year-old male motorist, of Breinigsville, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after the vehicle he was driving crashed into Giant Food Stores, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 5:42 p.m. April 4, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The crash resulted in property damage; however, no one was injured, according to authorities.

DUI

A 28-year-old male motorist, of Emmaus, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Ridge Street in Emmaus borough 11:33 p.m. April 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Retail theft

A 60-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested for allegedly removing food and grocery items valued at $964.71 from Weis Markets, 3440 Grandview Drive, Lower Macungie Township, March 14, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Theft

A resident of Baumgartner Road, Upper Milford Township, discovered multiple packages were taken from his porch April 17, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Items stolen include a necklace, valued at $10, a cat toy, valued at $5 and $96 worth of school supplies, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Harassment

A 15-year-old female, of Coopersburg, allegedly pushed and scratched another person during a dispute at a residence along Church View Road, Lower Milford Township, 10:38 a.m. April 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 17-year-old female, of Allentown, allegedly punched another person in the face at a location along Liberty Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 10:45 p.m. April 18, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Public drunkenness

An 18-year-old female, of Breinigsville, was cited for underage drinking after troopers were called for a disturbance at Movie Tavern, 6150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 11:42 p.m. April 17, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
