The Parkland boys tennis team won three matches in three days last week to stay unbeaten in 2026. The Trojans beat East Stroudsburg North 6-0 last Monday, March 30. They shut out Bethlehem Catholic by the same score a day later and then started April with a 6-1 win over Central Catholic last Wednesday.
In the win over the Vikings, Manav Pate won the No. 1 singles match in two sets while teammate Jacky Zhang came back from a first-set loss to control the next two sets and win his No. 2 singles match 3-6, 6-0, 6-1.
Doyoon Kim and Tyson Noto won the No. 2 doubles match 6-3, 6-2. Noah Elijovich and Pranav Senthilkumar handled the No. 3 doubles match 6-1, 6-1. Matt Huang and Ajey Gade won the No. 4 doubles match 6-2, 6-1. Truman Rauscher and Sachin Rajkumar took the alternate doubles match 8-0.
Parkland improved to 11-0 overall and 9-0 in East Penn Conference play. Nine of the team’s wins this season have come by shut out.
