EPC tennis tournament held
Tennis players from Northampton and Whitehall competed in the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference Boys Tennis Tournament on April 14 at Freedom High School.
Representing the Whitehall Zephyrs were Aiden Wells at No. 2 singles, who fell to Parkland’s Manav Patel, 8-2 and Hunter Bucha at No. 3 singles, who lost to Liberty’s Liam Bulman, 8-0.
In doubles play, Jonny Stinner and Ryan Strobel lost to Parkland’s Doyoon Kim and Tyson Noto at No. 2 by a score of 8-4.
Greg Titmas and Zachary Kresge lost to Parkland’s Noah Elijovich and Pranav Senthikumar at No. 3 by a score of 8-1.
At No. 4 doubles, Elias Eilan and Issa Alzaghtiti lost to Parkland’s Matthew Huang and Ajay Gade, 8-1.
Representing the Northampton Konkrete Kids were Ryan Nahf and Nicholas Isaac at No. 2 doubles, losing to Liberty’s Thomas Horvath and Finn Brown, 8-1.
At No. 4 doubles, Nolan Keen and Jackson Pongracz lost to Emmaus’ Krishna Nemani and Babacar Diop, 8-0.
