The East Allen Township Historical Society meeting will be held 7 p.m. April 15 in the township meeting room at 5344 Nor Bath Blvd.

St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, 8142 Valley View Road, Seemsville, is planning to hold an April 19 cash bingo. Doors will open 11:30 a.m., and bingo starts 1 p.m.

East Allen residents are encouraged to help celebrate Earth Day by taking part in community planting days, scheduled for 10 a.m.-2 p.m. April 22 and 25 at Habitat Park, within Bicentennial Park. Residents of all ages are welcome to help with planting.

Gloves and tools will be provided.

Zion’s Stone United Church of Christ, 51 Church Road, Kreidersville, is holding a gift card bingo April 24. Doors open 5 p.m., and bingo starts 6:30 p.m.

There will be a basket social, 50/50 raffle and food and drinks for purchase.

Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1335 Old Carriage Road, Kreidersville, will be holding a drive-thru chicken dinner 4-6 p.m. April 25. Dinners need to be preordered.

The dinner consists of half of a roasted chicken, baked potato, coleslaw, dinner roll and choice of dessert, including white, chocolate or molasses cake or brownies.

Lappawinzo Fish and Game will hold a fishing contest May 2 and 3.

Registration will start 8 a.m. The youth contest is 9 a.m.-1 p.m., and the adult contest will be held 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Register now for the East Allen Township summer camp program, set for June 22-Aug. 7. Camp runs 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

Children ages 6-11 can participate. There is a cost.
