Gerald M. Deutsch, 87, of Allentown, died March 21, 2026. He was the son of the late Edward Deutsch and Anna (Halushak) Deutsch.

He was the husband of Glenda Myers and Kathleen Flores.

He was a 1957 graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School and received an associate degree in engineering.

He was president of American Club of Coplay for 45 years until 2024, when he took on lesser roles in the organization.

He is survived by a son, David and his wife, Mimi; daughter, Kathleen Bright; sister, Mary Suppan and her husband, Thomas; grandchildren, Daniel and Shelby Bedics and her husband, Joseph; fiancée, Ethel Lavenburg.

He was predeceased by brothers, Dennis, Ronald and Patrick.

Arrangements were made by Gilbert Funeral Home Inc., Whitehall.
