St. John’s United Church of Christ, 575 Grape St., will have the following schedule for Holy Week: Maundy Thursday service will be 7 p.m. April 2 with hand washing, communion and stripping of the altar; the Good Friday service is 7 p.m. April 3 for a Tenebrae Service of Shadows; and the Easter Sunday service will be 9:30 a.m. April 5.

St. John’s Lutheran Church, 858 Third St., welcomes friends and the community to join in Holy Week services: Maundy Thursday worship service will be held 7 p.m. April 2 with hand and foot washing and communion; Good Friday services will be noon and 7 p.m. April 3, with scripture readings 7 p.m., and Tenebrae service will be accompanied by singing hymns and blowing out candles; and the celebratory Easter Sunday worship is 9:30 a.m. April 5.

The parking lot for St. John’s is located between Quarry Street and Cherry Alley.

Seats are still available for the AARP 8-hour driver’s safety course, planned for noon-4 p.m. April 7 and 14 at Zentz Community Center at Fellowship Community, 3020 Fellowship Drive, Whitehall.

Fullerton American Legion Post 367, 609 Fullerton Ave., will hold an indoor yard sale and craft fair 8 a.m.-3 p.m. April 18. Vendors, crafters and sellers are needed.
