Bath: Church plans Easter breakfast April 5

Emmanuel’s Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, will once again be having an Easter breakfast April 5.

The breakfast starts 7:15 a.m. and runs continuously until 9:30 a.m., to allow everyone to join in, no matter what service you attend.

Note there will be no Sunday school. Instead, there will be a kid’s Easter egg hunt 9:45 a.m.

Pink Pumpkins Coins 4 Chemo will be holding a Spring Fling event, set for 9 a.m.-2 p.m. April 11 at Tri-Boro Sportsmen Club, 2110 Canal St. Admission is free.

There will also be an egg hunt since this is the week after Easter. Registration for the hunt will be 10-11:30 a.m. with the hunt beginning noon.

There will be other activities, including face painting, games and prizes, a basket raffle with more than 50 baskets and crafts and vendors. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

Hickory Hills, 121 Hickory Hills Drive, is holding a community-wide yard sale, planned for 8 a.m.-2 p.m. April 11 and 12. It will include an estate sale, costume jewelry, furniture, coins, clothing, records and more. This is the biggest yard sale to date.

Keystone Rod and Gun Club, 243 Mulberry St., will be holding bingo 5 p.m. April 11. There will be 20 games, with tickets available in advance and at the door.

There will be guns, purses, lottery tickets and cheer. The kitchen opens 4 p.m.

Advance tickets are available 6-8 p.m. Mondays in the clubhouse or by Venmo @KeystoneRod_GunClub.

Petersville Rod and Gun Club, 550 Club Road, will be holding an all-you-can-eat breakfast 8-11 a.m. April 12. Served will be all your breakfast favorites.

Children under 5 years old eat for free.

The Bath Area Food Bank will be distributing food April 14, starting around 9:30 a.m., on the lower level of St. John’s Lutheran Church, 206 E. Main St.

Do not arrive before 9:30 a.m. for safety reasons.
