Authorities seeking help finding missing suspect charged with alleged homicide

Local authorities are seeking the public’s help to find a man charged in a 2025 homicide in Catasauqua.

In a press release dated March 20, Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan and Catasauqua Police Chief John Wiseman announced Samuel Rolando Colon, 24, of Allentown, is sought in a shooting death of a 19-year-old man, of Allentown.

Colon is charged with alleged criminal homicide, aggravated assault and several counts of recklessly endangering another person in the killing of Ti’Shaun Singleton, 19, of Allentown, at a home in the 200 block of Edward Lane in Catasauqua Nov. 8, 2025, according to authorities.

The incident in which Colon is charged was outlined as follows:

“At 4:37 p.m. on that date, Catasauqua Police and EMS were called to the Edward Lane home for a report of a shooting.

“Singleton was found dead with a single gunshot wound.”

The Lehigh County Coroner determined Singleton died from a gunshot wound to the chest and the death was ruled a homicide.

An investigation found video surveillance showing two people inside the Edward Street home dragging Singleton outside and several people running from the residence.

One person later carried Singleton back into the house, according to the press release.

Witnesses told investigators Singleton and Colon “were playing a game they named “quick draw” and both were armed with guns.

“As the men were playing that game, Colon shot and killed the victim,” according to the press release.

Those in the residence and nearby at the time of the shooting included a child and several other people.

Anyone with information on Colon and/or his whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 or Catasauqua Police at 610-264-0577.
