Bethlehem Catholic baseball always plans to compete with Matt Corsi leading the helm.
This year, Corsi, has an inexperienced group on his hands coming off a 9-12 campaign a year ago, which saw the Hawks lose to Tamaqua in the District 11 4A semifinals.
With not much varsity experience on this year’s roster, it could take some time for the Hawks to find their footing.
“We are a young team with little varsity experience,” said Corsi. “We will look to get better each day and play our best baseball when it matters at the end of the season entering playoffs.
Returning players this year include Emery Oberholzer (Sr. C); Ethan Kowalski (Sr. P/3B/1B/OF); Chris Sokaloski (Sr. P); Jimmy Richards (Sr. C); Anthony Cruz (Sr. OF); Aidan Brophy (Jr. SS); Alex Miller (Jr. P/OF); Brayden Bleiler (Jr. P/1B);, Nick Bennett (Jr. P/OF); Louden Hower (Jr. P/OF); Emmett Burns (Jr. UT); Joey Corsi (Jr. 2B); Matt Tripp (Jr. P/OF); Ryan Brophy (So.
