Catasauqua: Yard sale set for March 28 at Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran
Pink Pumpkins Coins 4 Chemo will be holding its annual indoor yard sale 8 a.m.-2 p.m. March 28 at Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St. Admission is free.
Featured items for sale include household items, paintings, furniture, home and seasonal decor, antiques, collectibles, sport/fishing equipment, toys, clothing of all sizes, lawn/garden items and much more. There will be food and beverages available.
All proceeds from the event go to cancer warriors in our area to help with everyday nonclinical expenses.

Catasauqua Garden Club will kick off the new season with the first meeting of 2026, set for 1 p.m. April 1 at Slovak Center Social Club, 1233 Fifth St., North Catasauqua. John Drabic, a Pennsylvania Master Gardener, will discuss pruning trees and shrubs.
Club members will display artistic and horticultural exhibits for judging.
Garden-friendly visitors are always welcome to share in the friendship and knowledge of the growing group.
The club is also sponsoring a field trip to Winterthur Gardens, set for April 23. The bus leaves 8:30 a.m. from Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St., and is expected to return 5:30 p.m.
Explore the stunning Winterthur Gardens, including daffodil fields, bluebell carpets, etc., and a guided tour of the mansion’s fine collection of American decorative arts. Participants will also visit the Brandywine Art Museum. Lunch will not be provided.

The J4 Committee is having a basket social and 50/50 drawing fundraiser April 25 at American Legion Post 215, 330 Second St. The doors open noon, and bingo begins 1 p.m.
Tickets include 15 games and cash prizes. Special games are available at an additional cost.
The kitchen will be open, and there will be a cash bar.
Presale tickets are at a discount, as opposed to at the door the day of the event. For tickets, call Rosie Boyer at 484-274-2075.
