Upper Macungie Township in partnership with Wildlands Conservancy will hold its Fossil Exploration and Modern Dinosaurs program 4-5 p.m. March 21 at the Lone Lane Park Pavilion, 30 Lone Lane.
Travel back in time and uncover the secrets of the prehistoric world!
There will be a live animal show featuring today’s “modern dinosaurs” — you’ll be amazed at how some creatures haven’t changed much since ancient times.
Then, dig into the past with a hands-on fossil exploration where young paleontologists can touch, examine, and learn about real fossils.

The township’s Bunny Hop Trunk Hunt will take place 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 28 at Grange Park, 360 Grange Road.
This free event is structured like a Trunk or Treat with decorated cars handing out goody filled eggs.
Businesses, organizations or individuals can register to decorate a car.
There will be egg hunts (organized by age groups); however, preregistration is required.
There will also be music, food trucks, inflatables, pictures with the Easter Bunny and more.
Summer camp registration is open for Upper Macungie residents.
The UMT Summer Camp is an 8-week program 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, June 15 through Aug 7.
The traditional camp is for kids ages 6-12.
The Teen Takeover camp is for youth ages 13-15.
There will be no camp June 19 and July 3.
Throughout the day campers will rotate through a schedule of activities ranging from sports, team-building, crafts, scavenger hunts, trivia, science, etc.
Campers are responsible for packing their own lunch/snacks.
The UMT Summer Camp is offered at three different locations. Select the site location that works best for you and your family.
Bused field trip registration will be an optional add on offered exclusively to those already registered in the UMT Summer Camp. Limited seats are available.
There is a cost for the camps.

St. John’s UCC Fogelsville, 1027 Church St., Fogelsville, will have an Easter Egg Hunt starting noon for children ages 0-12 with food and crafts starting 11:30 a.m. March 29.
The Sunday School at Ziegels Church, 9990 Ziegels Church Road, Breinigsville, will hold its annual community outdoor Easter Egg Hunt 1 p.m. March 29.
Bring your friends and family for an afternoon of fun, free refreshments and visit with the Easter Bunny.
Helping Hands Youth Group at Ziegels Church will hold a free community clothing event 9 a.m. to noon on April 11.
If you would like to donate gently used or new, clean clothing and shoes, bring items to the church lobby 9 a.m. to noon weekdays and Sundays.

Ziegels will hold a free Jazz concert by the Macungie Band 3-4 p.m. April 12 in the church sanctuary.
Doors open 2:30 p.m.
No ticket is needed to attend.
First come, first served seating.
The church will hold a yard sale 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 23.
There will be food available for purchase to help raise funds for Wreaths Across America.
They will be selling baked goods, hot dogs and drinks.

Morgenland Church, 3120 Weidasville Road, Orefield, (Leather Corner Post) will hold a pork and sauerkraut dinner 4-6 p.m. March 28.
They are asking the congregation to provide desserts to serve at the dinner.
Desserts can be dropped off anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
They also need help to peel and cut potatoes, set up the dining room and other basic preparations and to serve dinner.
They are also taking orders for their hoagie sale.
Options available are regular Italian with everything or no peppers, no onions with peppers, no onions or peppers, ham and cheese; no onions or peppers, turkey; no onions or peppers, roast beef; no onions or peppers, tuna and veggie.
Ingredients are supplied by Thomson’s Meat Market, Walnutport.
The deadline to order is April 5.
Hoagie pickup will take place 4-6 p.m. April 14.

Morgenland Church will hold its “Wheels at the Grove” car show 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 9.
All vehicles are welcome. Last year they had cars, trucks and tractors.
This year they will also have a motorcycle.
All vehicles will be parked in their paved parking lot as space permits.
There is a small registration donation fee
The event is free to visitors and there will be free parking.

They will have a trophy, the pastor prize, basket raffle, baked goods, rumble seat rides and 50/50.
Their great cooks will serve breakfast, lunch and this year, free coffee.
