Team members cut the ribbon March 12 during the grand opening of the new Wawa in the Whitehall Mall along MacArthur and Mickley roads, Whitehall. Whitehall Fire Department competed against the American Red Cross in the Hoagies for Heroes competition — and the firefighters came out on top.
