Michael C. Harring, 60, of Schnecksville, died March 11, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township. Born in Allentown, he was the son of Shirley A. (DeLong) Harring George and the late Carl J.R. Harring and the stepson of the late William D. George II.
He was a graduate of Parkland High School, Class of 1983. He co-owned the former M R Doggy Style Hot Dog Shop in Walnutport for five years before retiring in 2022. Before that, he was a mechanic and shipping/receiving clerk at Ironton Telephone Company for many years.
He was a former member of the Slatington Lions Club. He had a passion for old cars, motorcycles or anything with a motor. He enjoyed collecting and working on his many cars. But most of all, loved going on driving adventures with his dog, Jackyl.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by brothers, Timothy C. (Christine), of Conway, SC, Ricky T., of Schnecksville; caretaker and best friend, Sheri-Lyn Creasey, of Palmerton, stepdaughter, Jessica L. Kresge (Charles), of Slatington; grandchildren, Brady, Cole; nieces, Andrea L. Kushnir, of Orefield, Victoria L., of Northampton; great-nephews, Keegan, Leo; beloved canine, Jackyl.
