Star of Bethlehem remaining in 1st with 5-0 and 7-1 wins over Blessed Trinity losing the nightcap 5-3. Leading the way for Star of Bethlehem were Bryan Franken field 7-13, Tyler Franken field 5-14, Kyle Taylor 4-11 and Walt Hoofer with a HR. Ken Really was 6-12, Tim Heidelmark 4-12 and Dave Kolman 3-12 (HR) for Blessed Trinity.

2nd place Dryland keeps pace sandwiching 8-5 and 2-1 wins around a 3-2 loss to Farmersville. Top hitters for Dryland included Nate Phares 7-13 (HR), with Larry Golick and Dave Crouthamel each going 4-13. For Farmersville, Dan Halteman was 5-11, Sue Grim 4-12 and Wade Chilmonik with a HR.

Ebenezer beat Christ UCC 4-3 and 7-3 losing the nightcap 4-2. For Ebenezer, Brenda Prestosh was 6-11 (2 HRs), Paul Yoder 6-14 (HR), with Tim Prostosh and Joey Blevins going 4-12 apiece and John Costanzo with a HR. A.J. Renn was 8-13, Steve Hunsicker 4-13, Eric Yocum also 4-13 and Ed Yost with a HR for Christ UCC.

St. Paul’s lost 5-4 to Emmanuel after winning the 1st 2 games 4-3 and 5-4 (10 innings). Leading hitters for St. Paul’s were Roger Kern 6-13, Rich Kern 6-13 (2 HRs, including a game winning HR in the 10th inning of Game 2) and Larry Kneller 4-7. Andrew Rogers was 5 for 12 with Jon Rice and Jack Hill each going 5-14 for Emmanuel.
