Daniel John Schedler, 66, of Allentown, died March 8, 2026, after a battle with Alzheimer’s. He was the husband of Maria (Klepeiss) Schedler for 41 years.

Born in Whitehall, he was a son of Eileen (Smith) Schedler and the late John E. Schedler.

He was a graduate of Whitehall High School.

He was employed at Saputa Cheese, Whitehall, as a freight department forklift driver for 21 years and at AmeriSource Bergen Pharmaceutical Distribution, Bethlehem, for 12 years.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two children, Jessica Iachini and Joshua; three grandchildren, Gianna, Luca and Dominic; a sister, Mary Ellen Schedler Krawiec with Donald; a brother, Robert with Pam; two brothers-in-law, William Klepeiss with Beth and Joseph Klepeiss with Debra; and numerous nieces and nephews.
