As the snow starts to settle down, and the spring showers start to arise, Emmaus High School and the East Penn School District have many exciting and thrilling events and activities coming up.
Spring sports kick off as the season begins. All sports including softball, boys lacrosse, girls lacrosse, boys tennis, track and field and unified outdoor track all worked very hard over tryouts. All sport schedules are posted online, on the EHS school website.
Seniors: local scholarships are available and a reminder has been sent to your emails. Make sure to follow the correct steps when applying so your application goes through. Also note the deadline for this application is 2:30 p.m. March 13, no exceptions.
Shave for the Brave is at EHS March 13. Come out to support everyone participating.
The March SAT will be held March 14 at the testing location you chose. There is one more SAT prep in Ms. Kinzel’s room March 13 before the test.
Junior prom will be held at DeSales University May 2. Senior Ball will be held at the Palace in Allentown May 8. Tickets will be sold at a later date.
Peer tutoring is available during homerooms Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. No matter the subject, peers are always available to help.
The Stinger, the EHS newpaper, just produced its February issue; paper copies are by Room 321 or in the Hive. If you would like to apply for a position on staff for the 2026-2027 school year, Ms. Ramirez or Mr. Shaw would be happy to give more information.
