Joanne M. Kistler, 91, of Upper Macungie Township and formerly of Allentown, died March 7, 2026. She was predeceased by her husband and soulmate, Donald R. Kistler. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Frederick C.W. and Mary (Sebring) Reinoehl.

She graduated from Allentown High School, Class of 1952.

She enjoyed vacationing at various places, especially at Bethany Beach in Delaware with her husband and family.

She is survived by a daughter, Wendy Hanlon and her husband, Michael; son, Jeffrey and his wife, Marcia; grandchildren, Tegan Hanlon (Bart Rudolph), Kieran Hanlon, Hallie Kirkley (Andrew), Justine Sterman (Jordan), Sam; five great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her brother, Paul Reinoehl.

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. March 13 at Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 17th and Hamilton streets, Allentown. A calling hour will be held noon to 1 p.m. before the service in the funeral home. Condolences may be placed at www.BKRFH.com.
