The youth of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs, will lead the 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. services March 15. High school seniors will deliver the sermons.

Rebekah Millroy, director of the Neffs UCC Preschool, reports a visit to Family Night at the Lehigh Valley Phantoms was a great success. “It was so special to see our school families gathered outside of the classroom, cheering, laughing and building connections. Community is such an important part of who we are and this was a wonderful way to strengthen those bonds,” Millroy said.

St. John’s United Church of Christ, 1415 Rising Sun Road, Laurys Station, invites visitors to join in some time for food and fellowship after the worship service March 15. Starting 11:30 a.m., a baked potato bar will be set up in the social hall for everyone to enjoy.

Union Lutheran Church, Schnecksville, invites the community to a soup supper 5:45 p.m. followed by a worship service 7 p.m. March 18 and 25. The chefs at Union Lutheran Church will provide a choice of two soups at each midweek occasion.

Erin Heintzelman, president of the Upper Lehigh Lions Club, offered thoughts on members’ faithfulness during the winter months. “The spirit of Lionism continues to keep us connected and active.
