Filomena Anna “Phyllis” Migliore, age 71, died Feb. 28, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus. Born in Somerset, NJ, to the late Genaro and Carmela (DeJoseph) Toto, she was the wife of Salvatore “Sal” Migliore.

She attended St. Peter’s HS and Raritan Valley Community College, she developed the skills that would lead to a successful career in banking.

Known as the “Guru of Holiday Dinners,” her many loving nieces and nephews affectionately referred to her as Aunt Phyllis, or “AP.”

She is survived by; brothers Frank Toto and Anthony Toto with his wife Gabriella, and sister-in-law MaryAnn Toto. She was predeceased by her parents and siblings, Joseph Toto and Angela Lutzky.
