Northampton: Lenton dinners set for March 6, 13, 20
Lenten crab cake dinners will be held 4:30-6:30 p.m. March 6, 13 and 20 at Grace United Church of Christ, 902 Lincoln Ave. Meals will be offered for eat-in or takeout.
Dinners include a baked potato, coleslaw, roll and butter, dessert and a beverage. Chicken finger dinners will also be available.
Tickets can be purchased at the door.

Reminder: Northampton Area School District’s community education classes are underway. If you signed up for the CPR/first-aid/AED certification class with Nicole Stopay, the class is 5-8 p.m. March 5 in room 1718 at Northampton Area High School, 1619 Laubach Ave. The makeup date is March 12.
This American Red Cross course is a comprehensive, hands-on training designed to prepare individuals to recognize and respond confidently to emergency situations. Participants will learn how to perform CPR for adults, use an automated external defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively respond to common first-aid emergencies such as bleeding, burns, choking, sudden illness and injuries.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an American Red Cross certification in CPR/first aid/AED that is valid for two years.
Participants must have preregistered for this course by Feb. 26; no drop-ins will be accepted.
The Muscle Hustle classes with Michelle Heisler are scheduled for 6:30-7:15 p.m. Tuesdays through March 24 in the Siegfried Elementary School multipurpose room, 1677 Lincoln Ave. The makeup date is March 31.
This class will have participants rotate through strength and cardio stations. Each station will concentrate on either a body part with dumbbells or a cardio exercise. Participants will work at their own pace and lift the weights most comfortable for them, so all fitness levels are welcome. Bring water and at least one set of dumbbells. Dumbbells of various weights will also be provided to share.
Register at nasdschools.org. Participants do not need to be NASD residents but must be at least 15 years old.

Assumption of the Virgin Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 1301 Newport Ave., is holding two food-themed sales. The nut roll sale flavors are apricot, lekvar, nut, poppy seed, red raspberry and pumpkin roll. Place orders with Marty at 610-682-4458 no later than March 10.
The church is also holding a halupki sale that includes stuffed cabbage rolls, kielbasi and kraut. Place orders with Pani Olha at 862-707-9763 no later than March 22.
All orders can be picked up 10 a.m.-noon March 28 at the church.

Northampton AARP Chapter 3915 will meet March 11 at Northampton Banquet and Event Center, 1601 Laubach Ave. Doors open 11 a.m.
Entertainment will be by Lori Milheim.

Northampton Exchange Club’s spring craft and vendor fair will be held 10 a.m.-3 p.m. March 15 at Northampton Banquet and Event Center. There will be free parking, free admission, food and drink to purchase and more than 65 crafters tables to explore.

The cubmaster for Cub Scout Pack 99 invites all boys and girls in grades K-5 to visit 6:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesdays at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, 829 Main St. Learn about Scouting adventures, excitement and fun. There is no pressure to join.
