Joseph J. Inhoff, 79, of Salisbury Township, died March 1, 2026, in Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township. He and his wife, Linda S. (Wieser) Inhoff, shared 55 years of marriage.
Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Joseph J. Inhoff Sr. and Violet (Palluch) Inhoff. He was a graduate of Fountain Hill High School and served his country honorably in the National Guard Reserves.
He worked as a lineman at Mack Trucks for 20 years and later as a press operator at RR Donnelley until retiring in 2010.
He loved to watch NASCAR and listen to Polka music. His passion for polka was evident, shown by his involvement in the band called “Harmony Knights” for more than 20 years. He was also an avid Phillies and Eagles fan.
His greatest joy was in spending time with his family and grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Tara M. Rast and her husband, Erik, of Sugarloaf, Kristen N. Cunningham and her husband, Thomas, of Allentown, Heather N. West and her husband, Scott, of Allentown; grandchildren, Jake and Katelin Cunningham; one niece; three nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Doddy; grandson, Anderson Cunningham.
There will be no services at his request. Arrangements are entrusted to the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, Allentown.
