Elvin Kleppinger, 82, of Northampton, died Feb. 25, 2026. He was the husband of the late Rosemary Kleppinger for 49 years.

He was a son of the late Paul Kleppinger and Elsie Hoch.

He served his country in the Air Force.

He worked at Bethlehem Steel before founding Greenwood Nursery in Northampton, providing landscaping services.

He is survived by two daughters, Jane Gollie and Marni Fehnel; three granddaughters, Tori, Taylor and Morgan; and two sisters, Elsie Grohotolsky of Northampton and Susie Adessa of San Marcos, Calif.

Funeral services will be private.
