There will be no school on March 20 for a Teacher-in-Service Day.

End of the third marking period is March 30.

All schools will be closed for Spring Break April 2 and 3. Kindergarten registration for the 2026-2027 school year opened on Feb. 1.

Students who will be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1 should register for full day kindergarten.

Students who enroll by mid-March will participate in a kindergarten screening in April – a one stop opportunity to help ensure your student’s success.

Northwestern Elementary

The NWE Scholarship Committee is sponsoring a summer bus trip to New York City on July 11.

The bus will depart NWE parking lot at approximately 7:30 a.m. and depart Bryant Park in NYC at 7:30 p.m.

There is a cost per person.

They will be offering a limited number of optional group rate orchestra seating tickets to “Chicago” the musical for a 2:30 p.m. matinee show at the Ambassador.

Email Tracy Smoyer as soon as possible for tickets as the payment for the show tickets is due earlier than just the bus seats.

Deadline to sign up is April 1.

Weisenberg Elementary

Family Fun Night will take place from 4:30 - 8:30 p.m. March 14.

The school’s Festival of the Arts will be held from 6-8 p.m. March 26.

Middle School

There will be a PTO meeting from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. March 13.
